I don't know about you, but I'm a huge fan of high-volume desserts. Right now I am in the process of gathering all of my healthy concoctions and weighing out the calories, carbs, and fats.

Here's a little taste!

Protein Pudding:

1 Pre-made chocolate protein shake, I like Fair Life 30 gram Protein shakes.

1 packet of sugar free Jell-O pudding

Mix and let sit in the fridge for 20 minutes

Top with sugar-free whipped cream and top with two Oreo thins

1 serving/one half
